These are the tools, hosting, and resources I actually use to run my Executive Assistant business and this blog, nothing makes this list unless I use it myself.

Webhost and Theme
Where this website actually lives, and why I picked what I picked.
Lyrical Host
My hosting company and one of my favorite resources. They make everything simple with free migrations, monthly bonuses full of helpful tools, and the friendliest support team you’ll ever meet. They also include free SSL certificates with every plan, which means your site is secure without extra hidden costs. Use my code ‘STARBRIGHT‘ for 10% off any hosting plan!

Studio Mommy
I am currently using a Premium Theme from Studio Mommy on this website. It runs on Kadence, which is so simple to use, and it’s exactly what I wanted in a website theme for my WordPress website/blog!

Favorite Tools
The everyday tools I rely on to stay organized, get work done, and keep my business running smoothly.

Notion
Notion is where I organize my business, manage tasks, and keep everything in one place so I’m not bouncing between multiple apps all day.

Canva
Canva is the design tool I use to make all of my graphics. The Pro version lets me save my brand kit and use premium templates, which makes creating content fast and easy.

Notion Scheduler
This tool connects straight to my Notion, so I can schedule posts directly without having to copy and paste. I can draft posts once in Notion, and then push it to social media when I’m ready.

SignWell
This is what I use to send contracts to clients and get them signed without any back and forth. It’s simple, doesn’t overcomplicate things, and clients get automatic reminders if they forget to sign, so I’m not the one chasing anybody down.

WordPress
WordPress is the platform behind my website. It makes editing my theme and making my blog posts really easy! If you want to make money off your blog, I suggest you start with a self-hosted blog. (This comes preinstalled with your Lyrical Host plan)

Buffer
Buffer is a simple scheduler I use when I’m not posting through Notion. It helps me schedule out Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content so I don’t have to post everything live.

Your ADHD Mynd Notion Template
As an ADHD business owner, I need a hub that works with my brain, not against it. Your ADHD Mynd is a simple, ADHD-friendly Notion system with a quick-capture inbox, a content planner, and a brain dump that helps me stay organized without overthinking. Fewer tabs, less “where did I put that,” more done.
Favorite Courses
I don’t recommend a course unless I’ve actually used it. Here are the ones that helped me most.

Introvert VA Club
This was the first course I invested in, and it’s still one of my favorites. It’s packed with templates, trainings, and a community that actually gets it if putting yourself out there feels exhausting. I love that it’s not on Facebook. It’s a solid, affordable resource if you want a library you can dip into whenever you need it.

SavvySystem Accelerator
If you’re brand new to VA work and want a clear roadmap, this is the one I’d point you to. It walks you through everything from figuring out your services to landing your first client, step by step, so you’re not just guessing your way through it.

SavvySociety
This is for VAs who already have a client and want to level up their skills and rates. It’s more of an ongoing membership with coaching calls and a huge course library, so it’s great if you’re past the “just starting out” phase and ready to grow.
